We all want to look like fighters-except for the broken teeth, scars, and cauliflower ears. Especially mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters, who generally possess the chiseled physique and overall hardened, rugged appearance that most guys covet.

Our exclusive workout program will show you how the world's best fighters get their stamina-and how you can use their techniques to develop a fighter's physique and tireless wind.

Frequency:
Perform each of the category hurricane workouts one to three times a week, resting at least a day between each session. Complete the categories in order, from one to five, spending two to three weeks on each before moving on to the next.

The Workouts:

  • Category I
  • Category II
  • Category III
  • Category IV
  • Category V
